Recruitment Procedure
Enquiry & Registration

Information Service Desk provides job enquiry & registration for job seekers and collect the application of interested and qualified people. Upon receipt of authenticated manpower demand from the overseas employer, we inquiry to employers once again to make sure their concerns about the requirement of workers from Nepal by email or Phone. In inquiry email, we talk about the job description, required no. of employees, basic salary, food and accommodation allowances, overtime allowances, about Air ticket, job starting date, and others obligations. After confirming the demand letter, we apply to the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) for the pre-approval of recruitment. Then, we start to collect the candidate’s application for a suitable job. We ask candidates about their past work experiences and academic backgrounds to filter the potential candidates as we want to provide quality services to our clients.

Short Listing & Pre-Screening

Candidates are shortlisted from pre-screening & pre-interview. After selecting a large number of candidates, the final interview will be conducted. Upon receipt of the permission for recruitment form the Ministry of Labor (MoL), we take out an advertisement in leading Daily Newspapers. The applicants are interviewed and pre-screened for suitable candidates by the recruitment officers of Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Only the shortlisted candidates are called for the final interview selection with CVs or trade test where applicable by the representative of the employer.

Interviews & Trade Testing

The final Interview will consist of both oral & practical. Candidates will be tested by the employer’s authorized person to choose the right ones. We conduct the final interview as per the employer’s suggestion for those who are selected in the pre-screening and pre-interview, direct interview taken by the employer’s representative. Sometimes, as per the physical absence of the employer’s representative, Skype interviews will be conducted at our office. For the Trade test or practical interview, we appoint a date and time at the trade test centers. As per the time, we take our candidates for a practical test by our vehicles.

Medical Examination

After the final selection of the candidates, we send them for the medical examination at the government authorized medical center to ensure the fitness of the applicants. Because of different climate and geographical conditions around the globe, every company demands for the healthy employees to take no risk. Therefore, all the selected candidates are sent for the medical checkup. This medical examination is done only by the panels of doctors who are authorized by the Ministry of Labor to do so. Only the candidates who pass all the medical tests are then forwarded for the further process of recruitment.

Documentation

After sending the candidates to the medical center to test the physical conditions. We follow up them about their medical report status. Then we collect the necessary documents of the medically fit candidates. For further processing, we need such documents like passport, photographs, working experience certificates, police report if needed, medical certificate etc. to meet the job specifications. We merely do not collect the documents, but try to check thoroughly candidate’s documents and arrange them as well. After all the documents ready for the visa processing, we sent to stamp the visa of the candidates.

Travelling & Deployment

When we get final endorsements from the concerned authorities we request the employer to give the joining pass to the available date. After that, we proceed the travel arrangement of the candidates. Our travel agency will give the proper assistance to the candidates for the travel. Before deployment, each of the candidates are compulsorily need to take orientation class to be eligible to get final approval from the labor depart of Nepal. During the orientation class, Candidates are informed about their jobs, safety procedures, teach them to honor the different religions, rules and regulations of the country, customs and traditions of the other nationalities they will meet and work with. After clearance of all the above mentioned steps and clearance of service charges (if any involved) the candidates are finally ready to be deployed. After deployment, we make sure to employers, dispatched laborers properly joined the company or not, they begin to work or not, get paid or not and other facilities as mentioned in the agreement paper they are getting or not.
